Breaking Generational Curses Quotes

Temptation comes in many forms, but you can overcome anything life throws at you. You don’t have to be afraid, because God is with you.” -The Message

“No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the LORD, and their righteousness is of me, saith the LORD.” -Isaiah 54:17

This is the heritage of the servants of the LORD, and their righteousness is of me, saith the LORD.

In other words, God’s people are righteous. Their righteousness comes from him. It’s a gift from God—not something you earn through your own efforts or good deeds (Genesis 15:6). And that same heritage of righteousness extends to all who serve Jesus Christ (Romans 5:17-19; Ephesians 2:8-10). As Christians, we are heirs to an inheritance that includes good works and moral character (Titus 2:11-14). But even more than that, God calls us his own children because he has adopted us into his family with Jesus Christ as our Savior and Lord (Galatians 3:26). We’ve been granted access to all kinds of blessings in this life—wealthy families get richer; poor families get richer; sick people get healed; blind people see again—and also eternal life with him forevermore!

“I will deliver you from the hand of the wicked, and I will redeem you from the grasp of the terrible.” -Jeremiah 15:21

God is the ultimate redeemer. He will deliver us from our enemies and redeem us from the grasp of the terrible. The wicked are not beyond God’s judgment; rather, they will be judged by Him as a final recourse to end their wickedness once and for all.

“Do not be deceived: God cannot be mocked. A man reaps what he sows. Whoever sows to please their flesh, from the flesh will reap destruction; whoever sows to please the Spirit, from the Spirit will reap eternal life.” -Galatians 6:7-8 ESV

God is faithful and will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. God will provide a way out so that you can endure it. God will not let you be deceived because he does not want anyone to perish, but wants everyone to come to repentance (2 Peter 3:9).

A man reaps what he sows and the one who plants anything will harvest its fruit (Galatians 6:7-8 ESV). The one who sows for his flesh (worldly purposes) from the flesh will reap destruction; whereas, if we sow for the Spirit, from the Spirit we reap eternal life!

“For nothing is secret that will not be revealed, nor anything hidden that will not be known and come to light.” -Luke 8:17

The first thing that you need to know is that God sees all. He knows what is in your heart and knows every thought, word, action and intention of your life. He also knows your every motive and desire.

We all have to deal with sin in our lives, whether it’s the sin we see in our own hearts or the evil that surrounds us. We need to be aware of how much God loves us and how he wants us to experience his love through faith alone (Romans 5:1-8). It is also important for Christians today because we live in a world where many people think they can overcome evil by themselves—without God’s helpThe second thing we need to do is ask ourselves, “What does God want me to do?” That’s where the Bible comes in. There are many passages in scripture where God tells us what he wants us to do—and it isn’t always easy! For instance, in Psalm 51:17 (ESV), David writes, “The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit; a broken and contrite heart, O God, you will not despise.” We’re supposed to bFor nothing is secret that will not be revealed, nor anything hidden that will not be known and come to light. Luke 8:17 He knows even the secret things that are done in the darkness, and the night is as bright as day to Him. Psalm 139:11-12 What is man that You should exalt him, or possess you so much interest in him? Job 7:17e.

“And according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus.” -Philippians 4:19

The first thing we need to do is realize that God is rich.

God is in heaven, above all the heavens. He is holy and perfect, powerful and merciful, loving and forgiving, faithful and just. He’s good and gracious—and he’s always willing to hear our prayers!

In today’s world, there are many things that can cause our faith to waver. Some people have lost their jobs due to no fault of their own. Others live in areas where there is little opportunity for work or education. Still others battle mental illness and depression daily. These are all difficult circumstances in life, but God never promised us an easy road* We have all heard the saying, “what goes around comes back around,” and this is especially true when it comes to financial matters. If you’re not careful how you spend your money, then chances are that bad habits will come back to haunt you in some way shape or form later on down the road..

“No temptation has overtaken you except what is common to mankind. And God is faithful; he will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, he will also provide a way out so that you can endure it.” -1 Corinthians 10:13 NIV

As you read the quote above, you may be tempted to think of it as a promise. God is faithful; he will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when he provides a way out, it’s important to remember that this is not just some idle promise—it’s also a commandment: “Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.” (Romans 12:21) If we are going to follow Christ’s example and live in accordance with his commandments, then we need to take this seriously—to count ourselves among those who have been given grace from on high through our faith in Jesus Christ so that even though we might face trials or temptations of various kinds throughout life (as Paul says), which may seem overwhelming at times (1 Corinthians 10:13-14), we should never give up hope because God has promised us victory over these things; therefore all things are possible through Him who strengthens us – Romans 8:28-30

“I will deliver you from the hand of the wicked, and I will redeem you from the grasp of the terrible.” -Jeremiah 15:21

We hope these words of encouragement will help you break generational curses in your own life. The Bible is full of promises that God can set us free from our past, but only if we ask him for help. We all struggle with different things at different times in our lives; the important thing is to keep asking God for help and never give up!
