Howard-John Wesley during his first year in medical school, listened when he heard the lord call him, he left the medical and went into seminary in to learn how top be a pastor, and to he has been in the ministry for over 30 long, nice years, he has God with him all through his journey of being a preacher.

On December 2019, pastor Wesley told his congregation that he was in need of a break, because he felt so distant from God, and that he was going to be going on a sabbatical, the break was to start from January of 2021. He used this period of time to decompress, see a therapist who helped him sleep better and get more hours of sleep than the four hours he was previously getting, he started a diet, he learnt how to stay off social media and manage time with his phone appropriately., and then he bounced back. He was supposed to return on the Easter Sunday of 2021, but then the lock down started but nonetheless he recorded his sermons for the church and shared it with them through the churches channel
