Good morning! This is a blessing and prayer for today. Let the name of the Lord be praised this morning. The Lord has kept me safe till this morning and has given me another day to live for him. Therefore, I will praise your name because you are good and kind. Your love for me is as strong as the mountains. Your truth is as clear as the waves of the sea.

I pray for my family, friends, brothers and sisters in Christ: Father God please bless them with good health so they can continue to serve you in their lives. Please keep them from harm’s way as they go through their daily routine here on earth; give us wisdom when we need it; give us help when we need it; give us understanding when we don’t understand something about our lives or others’ lives that may seem strange to us but make sense if only we could see things from another perspective…

Father God, please help me today to be a good example of your love to those who are around me. Let me not judge anyone or anything that I see but instead let me look at them and see how you might have used that person or situation to teach me something about myself and my walk with you. Please forgive us for all of our sins, both big and small; we are so sorry for what we have done wrong in the past and we ask for your forgiveness. We know that it is only through Christ’s blood that we can have a right standing before God because of what he has done on the cross for us.
God, thank You for the blessings that You have given me this morning. I pray that they will be multiplied upon me in Jesus name. Lord God, please give us your strength and courage to go on each day. Help us to be good stewards of the things that you have given us; teach us how to handle money wisely so that we can help those who are less fortunate than ourselves. Give us patience with all people because we know that they too have their own struggles in life and need our love and compassion as well as understanding of what they’re going throughLord, thank You for Your grace and favour that has been poured out upon me this morning. I pray that it will continue to flow throughout the day through Your divine providence. In Jesus name, Amen.
