I’ve been studying the law of attraction since I started practicing yoga. The Law of Attraction is one of the core principles in the practice of yoga. Many yogis believe that our thoughts, words and actions have an energy force that can attract experiences, circumstances and people that match what we are thinking about. For example, if you think about a person you love and keep visualizing them in your mind’s eye, then this creates a vibration in the universe that brings those thoughts into reality.

Manifestation is one of the most powerful tools that can help you to create your own reality and achieve whatever it is that you desire from life!
When someone asks me how they can manifest more money into their lives, I usually ask them “what do you believe?” If they tell me that money is bad and they hate having it because it causes jealousy or greed then obviously money isn’t something that would be beneficial for them to have in their life right now (at least not until those negative beliefs have changed)
Our minds are powerful and can attract experiences, circumstances and people that match what our beliefs are.

The Bible says that our minds are like magnets and attract things that are in alignment with our beliefs. This means that when you have negative thoughts about yourself or others, you will attract more negative experiences in your life because your mind is attracting negativity. On the other hand, if you think positively about yourself and others, then this will attract positive experiences into your life as well as positive people into your life who also think positively about themselves and others around them (1).
You have control over how much time you spend thinking negatively or positively about yourself so take advantage of this opportunity by using affirmations to focus on more positive thoughts throughout the day (2). Your feelings follow your thoughts so make sure they’re good ones!

Conversely, if you focus on the good things in your life—such as having food to eat or a place to live—then those things will continue being part of your reality as well.

You see, our beliefs have a profound impact on our lives. The things we tell ourselves and believe to be true have a direct impact on the way we think and feel about our circumstances. If your mind is full of negative thoughts about manifesting, it’s difficult for good things to come into your life because those thoughts create negative emotions which block out the light from reaching your own soul! But if you begin telling yourself that “I am successful because I am worthy” or “I am worthy because God loves me” then those positive thoughts will produce positive emotions which allow the Universe to bring amazing opportunities into your life!
If you believe there isn’t enough money or enough time for a project, then this belief will be reflected in your experience.
You can change your beliefs.
- You can change your thoughts, which will change your actions, which will change your environment, which will then change the way you feel and think.
- You can also change the way you feel and think through changing the actions that are taking place in your life. In this case, you would have to make changes in order to achieve what you want instead of just wishing for it or hoping for it but not actually doing anything about it. You may be thinking “I wish I had more money” but unless there are some changes that take place in regards to making more money (or saving more money), then this will not happen because there isn’t enough time or enough energy being put towards creating these changes.
Positive thoughts and positive speech creates positive results in your life.
The Bible says that you are what you think. And the way you think can be either positive or negative, depending on the nature of your thoughts. Positive thinking is a skill that can be learned, just like any other skill—such as playing an instrument or cooking. It takes time and effort to develop this habit but the results are well worth it! When you choose to adopt a positive attitude, it will affect every area of your life for good!
Just like any new habit requires practice in order for it to become part of who we are, so does developing positive thinking skills take time and dedication. However, once we make up our minds about something and commit ourselves wholeheartedly towards making it happen (in this case being more loving towards others), then we have already taken a huge step forward towards achieving our goal!
In order to manifest the things that you desire, you need to believe that they can happen.
To manifest your desire, you must learn how to believe. In order to believe in something, you need to know two things:
- What it is that you believe in and why. This can be anything from a new business idea or technique for making money, to a new relationship or career opportunity; whatever it is that you want but don’t currently have at this time.
- Why do I deserve what I want? Why do I deserve this? How does having what I want benefit my life and make me happy? For example: “I deserve financial security because all people should have the chance at living their dreams and being free from worry about daily expenses and bills which keep them from achieving their goals in life.” Or “I deserve a loving relationship because when people are happy they are more productive at work.”
You have to trust God’s plan for your life and know that he wants good things for you.
Trust in God’s plan for your life. God has a plan for each of us. He knows what’s best for us and wants good things to happen to us. It is important that we trust him and not worry about what the future holds, or compare ourselves to other people, because we can’t control any of that. Instead, focus on what you can do: trust God, know that he wants good things for you, and keep doing the right thing.

Visualization is when you imagine something in your mind’s eye. With practice and repetition, this can help your subconscious mind understand what it would be like if the thing you’re imagining were real.
For example: You decide that deep down inside, there’s no reason why you couldn’t be happy every day of your life. So every time something unpleasant happens (like waking up late), instead of getting angry or frustrated about it (as most people do), try saying “There is no reason why this should ruin my day!” This type of thinking will help change how you react on an unconscious level so that over time it will become easier for these positive thoughts to surface naturally at times when they’re needed most—like when someone cuts ahead in line without waiting his turn first!
Another great visualization exercise involves asking yourself questions about what makes life worth living for YOU specifically (i.e., answers might include things like helping others by volunteering) and then visualizing how those things look like if they became reality (i.e., answering questions like “If I did volunteer work at a soup kitchen every day after work instead of going home right away). Meditating helps calm our minds so we can focus better on manifesting certain outcomes; this technique has been practiced since ancient times because it allows us to relax by clearing out all other thoughts except one thought per minute! Affirmations involve repeating positive statements about ourselves until these statements become internalized beliefs–or truths–about ourselves; think back through history again: Abraham Lincoln was known as “Honest Abe” because he was honest throughout his entire political career yet today almost everyone knows him only as “Honest Abe” because he repeated those affirmations over time until they stuck within our collective consciousness even though we don’t know where exactly they came from originally…

You have to believe in yourself first before anyone else can truly believe in you or your dreams/goals/vision for the future as well! You also have to know who God is and that He is there for us all every day of our lives with His unconditional love regardless of what happens during each day of our life journey’s (good or bad). We must always keep Him at the forefront because without Him nothing would be possible!

It’s important to remember that in order for it work effectively, you need to believe that what you are trying to manifest can come into your reality, trust God’s plan for your life and use positive words and thoughts at all times. With these steps in mind, any person can learn how to manifest their dreams into reality!
