The Bible does not specifically mention masturbation, It was not part of the culture in which the Bible was written. The original languages used in scripture were Hebrew, Aramaic and Greek. These languages do not even have words for “masturbate” or “masturbate.” Therefore, when people claim that there are verses that condemn masturbation, they are misinterpreting what is being said in the passage because it means something else entirely. It doesn’t matter how hard you try to avoid being tempted by lusts, desires or fulfilling your fleshly passions – if you are alive then you will feel temptation! The only difference is how you choose to deal with those temptations when they arise…Do you run from them or do you face them head on? If we continue to run from these temptations then eventually one day soon our addiction will get so bad that there will be no hope left for us whatsoever because we didn’t learn how Jesus dealt with temptation Himself when he was here on earth (Matthew 4:1-11).

The Apostle Paul urges Christians not to conform to the ways of the world. We should renew our minds so that they are renewed, just as God wants them to be. This means that we don’t have to accept all of society’s beliefs and practices on their own terms; we can reject some things and accept others.
Lust is always inappropriate and incompatible with being a follower of Christ.

Instead of looking at porn or fantasizing about other people sexually, we should ask God for forgiveness for our sins so that He will fill us with His grace—the power of His love working through us–and give us strength not to sin again!

God also established that all people were made in His image (Genesis 1:27). Because He created us in His likeness, we have been granted certain abilities and talents. These include having feelings of attraction toward others as well as the ability to engage in sexual activity if we so choose—but only within the bounds set by God Himself (1 Corinthians 7:2-5).
It’s important not to confuse sexuality with recreational activity because they’re two different things!
